Martingale is a betting system with a simple rule: after each loss, double your bet. After a win, return to your base bet.
The reasoning: a single win recovers all your previous losses in the streak, plus earns a profit equal to your base bet.
Example with ₹100 base bet:
| Round | Bet | Result | Balance Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | ₹100 | Loss | -₹100 |
| 2 | ₹200 | Loss | -₹200 |
| 3 | ₹400 | Win at 2x | +₹800 |
| Net | — | — | +₹100 profit |
One win at 2x recovered rounds 1 and 2 and produced ₹100 net profit. That is the appeal of Martingale.
The problem is what happens when the win does not come quickly.
Aviator uses a Provably Fair RNG. Every round is independent. There is no pattern to exploit, and losing streaks of 5, 6, or 7 rounds happen regularly.
Here is what a losing streak looks like with a ₹100 base bet:
| Consecutive Losses | Bet Required | Total Lost So Far |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ₹100 | ₹100 |
| 2 | ₹200 | ₹300 |
| 3 | ₹400 | ₹700 |
| 4 | ₹800 | ₹1,500 |
| 5 | ₹1,600 | ₹3,100 |
| 6 | ₹3,200 | ₹6,300 |
| 7 | ₹6,400 | ₹12,700 |
| 8 | ₹12,800 | ₹25,500 |
A 7-round losing streak is uncommon but not rare. At ₹100 base, you need ₹12,700 just to survive it and attempt recovery on round 8. At ₹200 base, double all those numbers.
Most players who blow their bankroll on Martingale did not run out of strategy. They ran out of money during a streak they did not plan for.
| Base Bet | Minimum Bankroll | Survives Up To | Safe Cash-Out Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₹50 | ₹1,000 | 4 consecutive losses | 1.8x–2.2x |
| ₹100 | ₹2,000 | 4 consecutive losses | 1.8x–2.2x |
| ₹100 | ₹6,500 | 6 consecutive losses | 2.0x–2.5x |
| ₹200 | ₹5,000 | 4 consecutive losses | 2.0x–2.5x |
| ₹500 | ₹15,000 | 4 consecutive losses | 2.2x–3.0x |
Rule of thumb: Plan for at least 6 consecutive losses before starting. If your bankroll cannot cover that, your base bet is too large.
This process works on 1Win and Daman as well — Tiranga is used here as the example since the round history tracker in the PDF was built for that interface.
The stop-loss at 5 losses is not optional. It is the only thing that separates disciplined Martingale from bankroll destruction.
If the full Martingale table looks too aggressive, Mini-Martingale limits doubles to 3 rounds:
You accept a larger loss during a 3+ round streak, but you protect your bankroll from the catastrophic exponential levels. This is the version recommended for players newer to the strategy.

| Martingale | Low-Risk 1.5x | |
|---|---|---|
| Bankroll needed | High (₹2,000+) | Low (₹500+) |
| Risk level | Advanced | Beginner |
| Potential win per session | Higher | Lower |
| Risk of full bankroll loss | Significant | Low |
| Recovery after a losing session | Hard | Easy |
| Recommended for | 100+ hours experience | All levels |
If you are recovering from a recent loss, Martingale is not the right tool. Use the loss recovery plan first, stabilise your bankroll, then revisit Martingale if you still want to use it.
If you are new to Aviator, start with the low-risk strategy and do not consider Martingale until you have played at least 100 disciplined sessions.
